Hi, today we woke up after a rainy night, but it was not raining in the morning though. Sam drove us by car to leave Magnus and Freya at school and then we drove to the Half Moon Bay to do some hill running. First wee looked at a sunken ship from the Victorian Naval Forces from World War I. Then Sam's friends came and we began to run. Like yesterday it was harder than we are used to, but it was fun. Look at the pictures below.
Facts about the sunken ship (HMVS Cerberus)

"I'm taller than you think"
If you look among the trees you can see the hill were we ran. We did 4 laps (up the hill, right and down to the beach, repeat), because it was really hard and our legs were sour. But Sam and her friends ran faster (5 laps).
After the hill run we drove to the same fitness centre as yesterday. Sam did training with heavy weights and we did some stomach exercises.
Then we went to Hampton Street and the Supermarket there. We bought some ingredients for the "Kanelbullar" that we will bake tomorrow. After that we drove home and ate lunch. Sam went to work and we went for a walk back to Hampton Street to get a closer look of the shops.

Then we found our way to the kids school. In the school there are about 600 students between the ages 5-12 and all of them begin school 9 AM and end 3.30 PM. Because of that they need someone to stop the car traffic when all the kids cross the road. It is an old lady and the kids call her the "Lollipop Lady", because the stop sign looks like a big lollipop.
After school we went to a café two streets away from home. Elin, Matilda and Freya. Photographer: Magnus
In the afternoon Magnus had his weekly piano lesson and we rested and did some braiding.
