Cooking day

Today we woke up at 7.45 AM to first ate breakfast and then drop Magnus and Freya of at school. After that we (Sam, Matilda & Elin) drove to a special gluten free shop to buy some things to Gareth. Then we went to the supermarket and  bought some ingredients for todays cooking because tomorrow we are going to the snow for the weekend so we are going to bring the meals with us. 

 When we come home, after the shopping, Sam drove to the gym and we made the dessert. Chocolate cake with coconut topping. When Sam came home we ate lunch and then we continued with the cooking. We showed Sam how to make Swedish meatballs and Sam made lasagne.

 

Then it was time to pick the kids up. Today Freya had two friends from school here and Magnus had Charlotte. Magnus, Charlotte and Sam also made Caramel Slice.

 While they were baking, we went for a walk.

 

To dinner we had "Mango-Chicken-Curry-Stir-Fry"
