"Quiet" day because of the weather

Today we woke up early, 7.35 AM, and breakfast. Sam was already at work so the four of us, Magnus, Freya, Elin and Matilda, rode with our bikes to the school. Then we went home with the bikes again and walked down to the gym.

We did some exercise there and then we walked home. The plan was to go for a bike ride then, but the weather was too bad, so we stayed home and had a quiet day.

For lunch we made toasties and poached egg.

 

After lunch we talked to Kevin and Lyn on the phone, because we thought they had called us in the morning, but the phone had probably played a trick on either us or them, but it was nice talking to them again.

 

At 3.30 PM we picked up the kids from school and when we came home we prepared the dinner. Because today it is "Busy Thursday", so they had an early dinner.

 

We stayed at home when Sam came home and drove Magnus and Freya for swimming and soccer and ate dinner later. Today we had the left over Spaghetti Bolognese from last Tuesday.
